Standard blockchain security considerations apply, including the importance of secure wallet management and protection of private keys. The Company works with leading technology providers to maintain robust infrastructure supporting the RYT ecosystem.

Wallet Management

Tokenholders are responsible for securely storing their private keys, wallet credentials, and backup phrases. Best practices for digital wallet security should be followed, including use of hardware wallets or secure custody solutions, regular backup of wallet information, strong password protection, and vigilance regarding phishing attempts and fraudulent communications.

The Company provides guidance on wallet security through the Platform and recommends tokenholders adopt institutional-grade security practices appropriate to their holdings.

Cybersecurity

The Company implements comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect tokenholder data and maintain system integrity. These measures include encryption of sensitive data, secure authentication systems, regular security audits and updates, and monitoring for suspicious activity or attempted breaches.

Tokenholders should independently verify all communications purporting to be from the Company and use only official channels provided through the Platform at https://ryt.finance/.

Asset Management

The Company maintains detailed records for each RYT to facilitate proper identification and allocation of underlying shares. Modern record-keeping systems including metadata and identification mechanisms ensure accurate tracking of tokenholders' entitlements.

Underlying shares are held through institutional custody arrangements with Standard Chartered Bank, providing bank-grade security and segregation for fund assets.
