Liquidity Characteristics

RYTs provide digital access to underlying fund investments with redemption functionality. The liquidity profile reflects the characteristics of the underlying shares held by the Company. Redemption timing and proceeds depend on the Underlying Fund's redemption terms and processing schedules.

RYTs are transferable using compatible blockchain technology. The development of secondary market trading is possible and would provide additional liquidity options beyond redemption through the Company.

Value Relationship

The value of RYTs corresponds to the net asset value of the underlying shares in the Underlying Fund. The Underlying Fund calculates and publishes net asset value in accordance with its offering documents. This linkage ensures that RYT value reflects the performance of the underlying investment portfolio managed by Huaxia Fund Management.
