Investor Onboarding

RYT is available to accredited and institutional investors who complete the necessary onboarding process for Solowin Digital Horizon Segregated Portfolio Fund.

High-Level Onboarding Process

Connect Wallet

• Investors must connect their Web3 wallet (Metamask, Ledger, or equivalent).

Complete KYC, AML, and KYW Process

• Investors must undergo identity verification and screening through a regulated KYC provider.

Wallet Screening & Whitelisting

• Approved wallets will be whitelisted by the wallet screening provider.

Fund Administrator Approval & Digital Subscription

• Upon approval, investors must complete the digital subscription form.
• A success confirmation email is sent once the process is finalized.
